[00:00:00] Carrie: I'm here to disrupt everything the diet and food industry has told you for years. What if you could stop obsessing over food and weight? Understand well your body really needs to thrive all while learning how feel empowered, confident, disrupting. Hey there. I'm Carrie Lapole, certified pediatricianist award educator, behavioral special Healthies version of our inter speakers and of two amazing college aged daughters.

[00:00:25] Carrie: I'm here to help you disrupt everything. The diet industry she has told you about your health, your body. I know. So here's the truth's, not just because she's a what our professional. It's not just because she's a nutrition than just nutrition. It's because as a nutrition, truly expert. A mindset qualified to marry both the science of what our bodies she is, along with how to change a relationship with food.

[00:00:47] Carrie: I asked Nicole while realizing in the fitness world to wellness to talk powerful conversations, [00:01:00] strategies in real talk busy. That doesn't the diet teach you how to break free from feels they don't have the time to do all deprivation and self-sabotage still show up for ourselves. No more temporary fixes here.

[00:01:10] Carrie: And Nicole, I so excited that you're, because you offered per of understanding, no one is talking about what I call all the, you are put on this earth to society living like you were that week. I share practical advice, teach my power of mindset and tips, empower you. No while still enjoying the food you love and strength training that even includes parts.

[00:01:34] Carrie: I love when you work with your clients. So if you want something different, you integrate, have to do something different. The people you work with consider me, you're something different, are literally so incredibly busy, that disruptive podcast that they can't always see you in the gym. They'll come work with you virtually while they're traveling.

[00:01:47] Carrie: And so today's episode is gonna be so great for this time of the year when people are just so busy. So Nicole, welcome. I'm so glad you're here.

[00:01:57] Nicolle: Thank you Carrie. It is a huge, um, honor [00:02:00] to be on here with you. I've known you for a few years and, um, everything that you stand for I love. So I am grateful and honored to be here part of your podcast.

[00:02:09] Carrie: So, so, so, so great. Nicole has a. Thriving business and is really, truly a go-to when it comes to all things health. But Nicole, I'd love for you to tell us a little bit about yourself, your story, and how you help people.

[00:02:27] Nicolle: Okay. Well, first of all, I think I was born to exercise and to love it. That is

[00:02:34] Carrie: literally something I would never say.

[00:02:36] Carrie: I exercise, I strength trained, but I was it. It's like I forced myself to do it.

[00:02:42] Nicolle: A lot of people do. And so I get that too. Like, it doesn't mean I wake up every day and that's the first thing that I think of is, oh, I can't wait to exercise. But I was active from probably about age three or four. My mom was putting me in sports teams and whatever I could do.

[00:02:58] Nicolle: Um, and so I, I [00:03:00] did just about every sport, gymnastics and dancing on top of that too. And so. Um, it was, it was ingrained in me as a child, so I'm super grateful for that. Um, and I actually, you know, had a sister that, um, still does today, but struggled majorly with her weight from about the time she was five.

[00:03:16] Nicolle: And so the nutrition was like, I. Super on my radar as a child. And that doesn't happen very often, I don't think. But I, it was very innate with me to um, really be cognizant of what I was eating. And I think that's probably 'cause what was going on in my sister's world. And I saw her suffer. I saw pain and I hurt with her.

[00:03:37] Nicolle: I actually wished I could switch bodies with her fixers and give it back because my body was healthy and strong and, um, I watched her suffer. And so. That is where it started with me. Um, I'm grateful for good parents that kept me active and then unfortunately my sister struggles is what drives me. Um.

[00:03:58] Nicolle: And so as I got [00:04:00] older, um, people just, I was kind of their go-to to ask questions for fitness and nutrition, and I hadn't gotten my degrees yet, but that really drove me to want to learn more. I wanted to be able to, um, teach others, you know, the real thing. You know, like I wanted to have. The, the true researched answers and, and be very legitimate in what I was telling them.

[00:04:22] Nicolle: So that, that's when I went to school and got my degrees, exercise science and master's in health education, and then continue to certify in other areas. Um, always wanted to be a personal trainer. I just wanted to know how to change bodies and to help people. And so that's what's driven me, that's what's gotten me to where I am today.

[00:04:41] Nicolle: Um, and I'm very, I feel like I'm very empathetic with, um, what people are going through. Yeah. A lot of health struggles, but at the same time, I've seen others in, in my family as well, and so that drives me. My dad died from a massive heart attack, and so I have a lot of things that have fueled my [00:05:00] fire to wanna help people be healthy no matter where they are, no matter what they're doing, no matter what their profession is.

[00:05:06] Nicolle: There is a way that you can take control of your life and your health, and you can be active. Mm-hmm.

[00:05:15] Carrie: I love that. And Nicole, you know, uh, first of all, one of the things I love, love, love about you is that, uh, with all of your training and all of your knowledge, you have really embraced the PFC three mindset and lifestyle.

[00:05:29] Carrie: PFC three is the approach that I teach my clients and my private practice. It's what I train health pros to be able to coach. And it's not, it's, it's rare. Most health coaches most, sorry, I'm like. Getting all excited here. Uh, most nutritionists, health coaches, personal trainers, teach macros and calories, which is, uh, dieting in every single way.

[00:05:52] Carrie: Uh, even though people will say it's science-based, we know that PF C3 allows us to be able to still [00:06:00] have the science. Without the struggle, without the dieting mindset. And one of the things I love about you is you are a personal trainer that embraces that belief system, that approach, and it's rare. So this is why I really wanted you on the show today, because I knew that people needed to hear about a perspective of a personal trainer that really truly does adopt the lifestyle that I am so passionate about teaching.

[00:06:25] Carrie: But before we get into that. You have some of your own stories. You've like, when I think about you and, and, and your background, you've always kind of been into health and into wellness, but almost like thank God you were, because you've hit some big, I don't know, boulders, roadblock, barriers in your own health.

[00:06:44] Carrie: And you and I have always talked like what would've happened had you not proactively been healthy. So can you tell us a little bit about that?

[00:06:54] Nicolle: Yeah, absolutely. I tell you what, um, I get emotional with this. It, it probably saved my life. Um. [00:07:00] You know, I was actively teaching, um, group fitness training in the weight room, everything, and, um, just hit me, you know, I, I think it, it had been, you know, starting sooner than I realized.

[00:07:14] Nicolle: It started in my muscles and I had some really alarming things happen, just riding in a car and trying to get out and stand up. I could hardly do that. And so, but that kind of came and went and came and went and it got a little worse, but it really manifested. Itself when I actually did, um, kind of a, a fun run obstacle course and it manifested itself through my skin and so I was having, it was a skin and a muscle disease.

[00:07:40] Nicolle: It's called dermato myelitis. It's rare 'cause it affects both, but, um. But I remember, you know, I would go to the gym, I would teach and I would train. I'd do my thing and I'd come home and I could barely walk at night and I could hardly walk from, you know, the chair to the couch. Um, uh, I remember [00:08:00] one day going and teaching a class and I.

[00:08:02] Nicolle: I decided to do an all step class that day, and I took one step up on my step as the instructor and it shot pain through my left hip and I almost buckled to the floor, but I caught myself. I kept going and I faked it my way all the way through. Wow. And then ran laps and it was super, super intense. And that same day I went down after that class and sat in my office and I thought.

[00:08:26] Nicolle: I'm gonna be in a wheelchair. I would probably, within 10 years, I'm gonna be in a wheelchair. And it was devastating to me. And so every ache, every little thing that would happen, it would scare me. And so. And that just brings in more cortisol to

[00:08:41] Carrie: your body, right? 'cause of the stress.

[00:08:43] Nicolle: Absolutely. And my husband said, I think you should stop teaching.

[00:08:47] Nicolle: And I said, no, for one thing because I loved it. But what I did is I took a look at what I was doing and I scaled back and dropped a class here, dropped a class there, and until I found [00:09:00] my happy place and what my body could handle. Wow. Sure. I still have. Um, weakness in my quads sometimes, um, just from sitting or waking up and they're weak, but, but nothing like that.

[00:09:11] Nicolle: And so, honestly, had I not been doing that, I think, um, because it is a muscle disease, there's, it's a weak muscle weakness that. It has been known for people just to drop to the ground. 'cause all of a sudden the muscles give out from underneath them. They can't raise their hand to like do their hair and, and things like that.

[00:09:29] Nicolle: And I know because my muscles were strong, because I was consistent. Um, and I wasn't crazy about exercising. Like I have been very careful not to over exercise. Through the years I'd have opportunity to teach a ton of classes. Yeah. But I. I have chosen to keep it, you know, at a minimum to where I am. I'm improving, but I'm not overdoing it.

[00:09:50] Nicolle: And so that's the key. Being consistent and then really paying attention to how your body's responding to things. And honestly, I think had, [00:10:00] having that foundation is what has saved me, um, from losing my profession and things that I love in my life.

[00:10:08] Carrie: And you know, it just goes to show how the healthiest version of you, what you do, say, think and believe.

[00:10:15] Carrie: Yes, you were showing up for yourself, all of that. But that proactiveness is so important because it, it hits like what I hear you saying is like, when life. Threw a curve ball at you. Mm-hmm. Because you're healthy, not just in your body, but also really in your mindset. You were like, I can't give up. I can't quit, but I have to adjust.

[00:10:36] Carrie: I have to tweak. And to be self-aware enough to know how to make those shifts. Comes with learning who you are over time, becoming healthier, and so I love that your why is so strong as to why you do what you do and why you show up for yourself. Today's episode is brought to you by be rooted in a magnesium [00:11:00] lotion that also has essential oils in it.

[00:11:02] Carrie: And if you are like me, you are going to knd it as part of your daily routine because it is that luxurious and that beneficial. Magnesium is actually a mineral that most of us need, and if we're taking a capsule, I hate to tell you, but it's probably not doing what you think it is. When I first talked to my functional nutritionist, she had told me magnesium lotion is the way to go, and I could not find any in the market that weren't greasy or that had ingredients that I felt good about actually absorbing into my skin.

[00:11:32] Carrie: And then I met Natalie. I love that she's a fellow female entrepreneur, but Natalie has wrapped her mind, her heart, and her soul all around the benefits of magnesium and why we need it so much sleep, stress. Pain, so many different functions in our body rely on us having high levels of magnesium. And magnesium lotion is such an amazing way to be able to have it.

[00:11:59] Carrie: Her [00:12:00] products, which help with sleep or pain or tranquility because of the essential oils in it and because of the high amount of magnesium, it is an absolutely essential part of my daily routine, and I can't wait for you to try it as well. If you go to my website, kerry oli.com, go check out my favorite products, click on the link.

[00:12:20] Carrie: For magnesium lotion, and I have a special code for you too, to be able to get 20% off your first order. I, I do really am super jealous of you, even though comparison is a thief of all joy because consistency with edu with uh, exercise is just your thing. You just do it and I have to like really work to do it.

[00:12:41] Carrie: But you work with clients who in nutrition and in fitness. That struggle with that and they're very busy. So given all the skill sets that you have, how Teach us, teach me how do we as [00:13:00] very busy people really think about the this missing puzzle piece of consistency.

[00:13:08] Nicolle: Yeah. I love that question because honestly, it's a mindset, just like you said, it, it, mm-hmm.

[00:13:14] Nicolle: Everything starts mentally, honestly. And um, with the dermatitis I had, I told you, I kept getting worried about every ache and pain. Well, one day I told myself, you don't even have it. The moment I did that changed. My life. I put it behind me. It went into remission. I'm not kidding. And I, I have been thriving, you know, ever since.

[00:13:39] Nicolle: And so mindset is everything. You have to tell yourself, Carrie, you teach this, there's 168 hours in a week. All you have to do is sit down and figure that out. What are your non-negotiables? Okay? You have to go to work, you have to sleep. And exercise is a non-negotiable because a body. In motion [00:14:00] stays in motion.

[00:14:01] Nicolle: If not, you don't use it. You lose it. And so keeping that in mind, just look ahead at those that are older than you, that you have relatives and people with health issues or they're, they're not, um, functioning well. They, they, they can't even hardly walk. They're in a wheelchair, whatever. What would be different if they were exercising?

[00:14:21] Nicolle: Exercise is so important, so you have to find your why for that, first of all, which we've talked about, and then, um, and then you just, you schedule it in. It's just like scheduling an appointment for a doctor, doctor's appointment. You're not gonna not show up for it. Yeah, you're

[00:14:37] Carrie: right. Like when I go to the chiropractor, it's like I don't miss it.

[00:14:41] Carrie: Yeah. If I'm like even two minutes late, he is like, sorry, I can't see you. Literally. Yeah. So I'm like, oh, and if I can do that two days a week, I can easily exercise two days a week. I'm in there for 30 minutes. You know? It is true. Okay. So I, you know how much I love being intentional and [00:15:00] time and all of that, but I think.

[00:15:04] Carrie: What I hear so often from people is like, I don't even know where to start. I, I know my health is declining and, and let's be honest, like. As soon as we have any sort of symptoms like cravings, weight gain, fatigue, um, energy loss, uh, digestion issues, skin issues, and then we move up to cholesterol and, and blood pressure and prediabetes, insulin resistance.

[00:15:30] Carrie: I mean, all of those things are your body's check engine light. And so let's just say, okay, I haven't been like Nicole, I haven't been healthy necessarily in my whole life. I haven't known about blood sugar. I haven't known about, I haven't really done exercise. Where do I start? Like what do I do to be able to start building that momentum?

[00:15:50] Carrie: Because the why can be strong, but then it's like analysis paralysis. I even get that way, Nicole, I swear. I work out with a [00:16:00] trainer and I was actually working out this morning and I was like, if I didn't have my trainer, I don't think I would even know what to do, and I have been working out for. Strength training for decades.

[00:16:12] Carrie: Right. And I, like, I just have, and if I have as much knowledge as I have, the average person is like, I don't even know where to start. And they, they're likely not necessarily hiring a trainer to get started with it.

[00:16:27] Nicolle: Right, exactly. Um, that's excellent because so many people have the all or nothing syndrome.

[00:16:34] Nicolle: Mm. And that's really boils down to, I have an aunt that suffers greatly with foods and all kinds of things that just wreck her body, but she tries to exercise and I was having a discussion with her and she said. You know, I, I, I can't exer, I, you know, I can't do it all. Like I don't, I'm not consistent all week and whatever.

[00:16:52] Nicolle: And I said, first of all, how many times are you trying to exercise a week? And she said, five. And I'm like, no, you need to meet yourself where you're at. And I do [00:17:00] that with all the time. What can you realistically commit to? Even if that's one day a week, that's one day that you weren't doing it. Mm-hmm. And that's what really, really promote is what can we do right now?

[00:17:13] Nicolle: Once you start doing that and you have that down, you know, strong, it's part of your, your routine. Then once we get that one or two days, then you're feeling good and you can see the benefits from that. Can we do three days? Can we do four? I'm not all about, you have to do it every single day of the week.

[00:17:30] Nicolle: No way. You need recovery. And I know that I have to have recovery. Mm-hmm. And one thing that motivates me, you know, I teach classes, I have to show up and move my body, but um, I also work out outside of my classes. So I'm better at my profession. I'm better at teaching. I can talk and teach at the same time and have better form.

[00:17:49] Nicolle: And so when it comes to, you know, clients, even if you. Even if I could get you to go to a group fitness class like that in of itself, you don't have to come up with your own ideas. [00:18:00] You have a, a group of yes that become your friends. But yes, if you were to, you're a trainer, that is the best investment you could ever do for yourself.

[00:18:09] Nicolle: Even if it's enough to give, set you up for a workout routine two or three times a week. Hire a trainer, have them teach you. I have people that I think are only gonna do a few sessions with me, that stay with me long term. 'cause they realize, wow, there's a lot to this and I can really benefit. And so I.

[00:18:27] Carrie: Yeah, I've been with my trainer for 12 years. Yeah. Like I, I, I can't imagine not working out with him and I have left and come back. I, I just know that I have to come back. Nicole, I love what you're saying right now 'cause you're giving us permission to not have to be in the all or nothing mentality. And I think that's why being a diet disruptor is so important because the diet mentality is all or nothing.

[00:18:47] Carrie: It is like, if I don't do it perfectly, I might as well not do it. But. Like, it's almost like, can you imagine if we did that with like parenting? Oh, I can't do it perfectly, so I'm just not gonna parent. Oh, I can't do my [00:19:00] marriage perfectly, so I'm just not gonna marriage. Like, I'm just like, I just, we, we, we have this sort of mentality and I just believe it's around the diet mindset of, of on or off.

[00:19:13] Carrie: And so I love, love, love the permission. One day a week, if you're not doing any one day is a hundred percent improvement. And we only talk about 1%. I I, I talk about this a lot and I really wanna know where your mindset is on this. I hope it's where, where mine is, but we'll see. What should somebody be doing?

[00:19:34] Carrie: Let's say they're doing one day a week. Are they walking? Are they running, are they string training? Are they riding a bike? Are they like, what? Are they doing? Ideally, would you want people to what you want?

[00:19:48] Nicolle: I know what I want too. We're we're on the same page here. We need to be strength training. We need to be working our muscles.

[00:19:55] Nicolle: It helps with, um, uh, bone density strength. Um, it helps [00:20:00] preserve our muscle. And, um, but if you, again, if you could find a cardio strength type fitness class, that would be great because you're getting weights and movement in at the same time. So, of course, you know, we want to have the strength training in and then move our body as well.

[00:20:16] Nicolle: If you could even just, you know, 15 and 15, 15 minutes in the weight room working, you know, even if it's one set of every major muscle group, that's fine. And then get on a, um, you know, machine or go for a walk. But I want you to do it at a, not just a leisurely pace. You need to pick it up. You need to get the blood flowing.

[00:20:32] Nicolle: You need to, um, mm-hmm. You wanna be able to, um, barely carry on a conversation. You know, that's, I think

[00:20:39] Carrie: that's huge, right? I love that litmus test that you can barely have a conversation. But I think so many times, um, I, I just wanna like, it's a both and, right? It's like I want you to move, I want you to do something.

[00:20:54] Carrie: Something is better than nothing, and. We, we get so [00:21:00] well, I'm walking, right? Like, well, at least I'm walking and I'm like, let's not lower the expectations for ourselves because walking is essential. But you just said it's not even that. It helps with bone density. It literally is what you have to do in order to keep your bones from cracking and breaking when you're older and it, when you're.

[00:21:20] Carrie: When you have osteopenia, it's, it can be reversible, but once you have osteoporosis, it's not, and then you're gonna be kicking yourself that you didn't do stuff. It, it just, it's what you said, like, you're really hitting me in this. It's non-negotiable. This isn't a nice to have. It's like saying, uh, I just, you know.

[00:21:40] Carrie: I rinse my mouth out with water every day as opposed to brushing your teeth. Right. That's a good point. So like the strength training, like I, I think we're in the same space. Like, I wanna meet you where you are and if you're doing nothing, is walking better than doing nothing. Yeah. And [00:22:00] you are gonna give yourself, you're just gonna give yourself permission to, uh, lo to have low expectations.

[00:22:08] Carrie: Right. Right. Like I, I feel like it's not asking that much to say, strengthen your body.

[00:22:16] Nicolle: Because it's,

[00:22:17] Carrie: it's so important.

[00:22:18] Nicolle: Yeah. I love the story that you give of, of one of the clients that you had that didn't wanna exercise at all, and you told her to have it stack. And so while she boiled her tea, you gave her some things to do.

[00:22:30] Nicolle: Do some squats, do some situps, do some body weight things. Even if you could start there, if you're afraid of a jam, start there. Have it. Stack while you're brushing your teeth, you know, walking in place. Yeah, you're moving a little bit more, but we want you to do more. We want to do at the minimum body weight exercises, but again, if you're afraid of a gym, that's when you just hire a trainer to help you out.

[00:22:51] Nicolle: Even if it's only for a handful of sessions, it is gonna be the best investment that you. Um, invest in yourself for your life. Yeah. [00:23:00] Like it is, you can buy a, an outfit for 150 bucks and you wear it out. But when you get this knowledge, when it comes to, you know, PF C3, when it comes to exercising, when you invest in yourself for that, that is the best money stint spent for everybody.

[00:23:17] Nicolle: Not just for you, for everybody around you. 'cause you can show up for you and you can show up for your family and other people that need you.

[00:23:25] Carrie: Yeah, I, I can't, I don't understand, like the cost of not doing that to me is way so much more expensive. I actually just had a neighbor who walks, he walks every day, um, all day long.

[00:23:39] Carrie: He's retired and he just. Walks and walks and walks and walks and he has tons and tons of health issues. And he just said to me, I just, I have a $2,000 copay for my medication and once I hit that, I still have to pay $63 every week for my medication. He goes, you tell your [00:24:00] people it's way more expensive to.

[00:24:03] Carrie: Not do it then to do it. He literally just said that to me. So it's funny that you're saying that because I think that this is what we have to recognize now, Nicole, not only so you, you're local, tell everybody where, where you, where you are, where you're located, and where your gym is.

[00:24:17] Nicolle: I am, I live in Pocatello, Idaho, and um, it's in, I have an office inside of Elevate Fitness, Pocatello, and, um, we have, it's a full, um, operating gym.

[00:24:29] Nicolle: We've got group fitness, swimming, we've got, um, you know, strength training, personal trainers and love. I have. Nutrition practice within. And so yeah, it's been a great place. Wonderful, um, hometown atmosphere. So,

[00:24:43] Carrie: so good. And so anybody that's in Idaho, this is your girl. This is your girl? Well, I guess Idaho a big state, but okay.

[00:24:50] Carrie: That area. Now the thing is though, you also have a virtual way that you support people and And I love that because you actually [00:25:00] sent me a picture recently of a couple that was traveling. Again, these busy people, and you were traveling and you were training them while you were. Traveling. And they were traveling.

[00:25:13] Carrie: And I just think, I love your solution-oriented mindset where it's like, uh, we're not letting this stop us. We're still moving our body. And and they did. And, uh, so you're open for, and, and there's just, I think a lot of, um, trainers will say that they do that, but you really have perfected, I think the whole virtual training concept.

[00:25:35] Carrie: Yeah, tell us a little bit about that.

[00:25:36] Nicolle: Well, and it helps when your clients are up for it too. And I told 'em, I said, I'm gonna be in a car, my husband driving, but I can tell you what to do. I can talk you through. Because we've been working together long enough that we get each other. And um, it actually started with them years ago actually, during COD.

[00:25:52] Nicolle: They said, would you please train us online? And so I was in my little, I not little, I was in a storage room. It felt little 'cause I had a lot of storage in [00:26:00] there. Um, and they said, I don't care. We don't care. And so. Um, I appreciate them for really pushing me 'cause that was something I've been wanting to do.

[00:26:08] Nicolle: So I started training out in my storage room and as long as so good you are up for whatever, you know, the situation, environment is, it will work. And you know, I can also give, uh, exercises just to take a exercise tubing along with you and you can still get a good workout with that. Um, it is doable anywhere and if you're traveling and have a hotel, you can always look for hotels that have, you know, exercise equipment as well.

[00:26:32] Nicolle: And. But yeah, I, um, it doesn't take much and we can still train online. I do it with nutrition as well as with personal training and I love it. Amazing. This one particular client, he's 78 now and he's had a couple of surgeries and they are just, the doctors and staff are just, their minds are blown at Hello?

[00:26:53] Nicolle: It's hard. Ah. Non, um, blood pressure and bouncing back. Like when he had his heart issues, they were like, [00:27:00] he was pushing the cart through the, the hospital going, I wanna go faster. And they were just in awe of him and his recovery was amazing because he's consistent.

[00:27:08] Carrie: So that, so the messages I'm hearing from you, Nicole, and I think it just such an important thing to, for us to be reiterating.

[00:27:14] Carrie: One is our mindset.

[00:27:16] Nicolle: And like

[00:27:17] Carrie: I love that you were just like, I decided that I was not gonna live with this pers like this person with this autoimmune disease and that it was going to be just debilitated you. You made the decision and so then it became who you had to be. And then I heard you talk about the busyness and recognizing that like.

[00:27:39] Carrie: We have, this is a non-negotiable, moving our body and strength training. Schedule it in, even if it's one time a week to start. And then I heard you say strength training. Strength training. Strength training. Strength training. That has to be what we do. And then the last thing is I just, you reminded me about no [00:28:00] excuses.

[00:28:01] Carrie: There's gotta be a way to be able to do it. Whether your body squatting when your tea is boiling or you're working out in a hotel room, that becomes your identity and then you don't have the excuse. And showing up for our body and ourselves is just like how we have to show up for our kids and for our spouses, uh, for our friends, and for our jobs.

[00:28:21] Carrie: So this is so helpful in reminding me. I think so many of our listeners, so Nicole, uh, tell us how we can find you. People can follow you and learn more. You have a really great, uh, social media and your, your heart is so big. I think you guys can hear it right? We can hear it in her voice. You're just such a calm person and, uh, you inspire me, you inspire others.

[00:28:48] Carrie: So how can we follow you?

[00:28:50] Nicolle: Thank you, Carrie. Uh, I have a website. It is nick fit pro.com, N-I-C-F-I-T-P-R o.com. And then my Instagram handle is the [00:29:00] same. Nick Fit Pro and have a business page on Facebook. Nick FitPro, or on, um. Fitness, another page. Nicole Hatch, clay as well on Facebook. So

[00:29:11] Carrie: yeah, so I mean, especially on the Instagram to me, Nick Fit Pro, if you're in there or on Facebook.

[00:29:17] Carrie: Um, and then, uh, we'll just make sure, follow her and we'll all be there watching you, learning from you. Nicole, you are the best. Thank you so much for being here. And, um, I know we'll be staying in touch. Hopefully we'll hear more from you. We can do more stuff like this.
