Have you ever wondered, “What am I actually supposed to be doing with my life?” Maybe you’ve reached a goal you thought would give you clarity, only to find yourself asking the same question again.

For years, I thought my purpose was something I had to discover—a specific role, career, or destination. But what I eventually realized completely changed how I see my life: I don’t have to find my purpose because I’m already living it.

In this episode, I break down the four-part purpose cycle: calling, gifts, disruptive events, and reinvention. Every season of life gives us opportunities to serve others, develop new gifts, and grow through experiences that reshape who we are.

Conclusion:

Even the difficult seasons can have meaning. A disruptive event may force us to see life differently, reinvent ourselves, and step into a new calling. When you understand the cycle, you can stop seeing life’s curveballs as chaos and start seeing them as part of your growth. You’re not lost. You’re becoming.

[00:00:00] Carrie Lupoli: So I tell women all the time that the reason we want to become the healthiest version of ourselves isn't just so we can lose weight, fit into our jeans, or like what we see in the mirror. It's so we can serve our purpose. And women love that. It feels bigger, more meaningful. Like, yes, that is a reason to take care of myself.

[00:00:17] Carrie Lupoli: But then there's this question that almost always comes next, and women tend to ask it a little quieter, sometimes almost embarrassed. They say, "Carrie, what if I don't know what my purpose is?" Because that feels scary, doesn't it? If I'm supposed to get healthy so I can serve my purpose, shouldn't I know what that purpose actually is?

[00:00:36] Carrie Lupoli: Well, I spent years asking that same exact question, and what I eventually realized completely changed the way I see my life. You don't have to find your purpose. You're actually already living it. Today, I'm going to show you the four-part cycle that will help you finally see it. So whatever's tightening your corset today, you've come to the right place.[00:01:00]

[00:01:03] Carrie Lupoli: Well, hey there, Crown Straightener. I am ready and excited for today's episode because I've never done an episode on this before, and it is an entire section of my book, From Corset to Crown, which is also the name of the podcast, obviously. And it is the thing that women for years have been afraid to ask but all wanted to know.

[00:01:26] Carrie Lupoli: And so we're gonna dig into this today, and it all centers around your purpose. Yep. Why the heck are you even here on this earth doing the things, fighting the good fight? What is it all for? Well, it might feel weird that, like, a nutritionist, behavior specialist is talking about our purpose, but what I have learned in working with the tens of thousands of people that I have worked with is that we have to have a real solid reason and understanding of what we want, why we [00:02:00] want it, and who we are.

[00:02:01] Carrie Lupoli: And for years, a- as a faith-based woman myself, I have said that we were all put on this earth for a purpose, one uniquely curated just for us, perfectly planned. And I think for so long, I... I know for so long I was like, "What's my purpose?" And I look back now and I'm like, "Okay, all of this is making sense."

[00:02:21] Carrie Lupoli: But at the time, right, nothing's ever really clear. So I remember I went through years of infertility, for example, and I very much believed I was supposed to be a mom. I was supposed to be a mom. And I gotta do, actually, a whole episode on my fertility journey. I'm gonna mark that down because, whew, there were a lot of lessons there that I think people can relate to.

[00:02:41] Carrie Lupoli: But I remember when I finally had my first daughter, and I just felt like my purpose is to be a mom. It was like, "I found it." I was 30 years old, and I'm like, "Found my purpose. It's to be a mom." But I was also an educator. I was a behavior specialist. I was educator in schools. I was-- I had moved to Asia, actually, just about after my daughter was eight [00:03:00] months old, and I ended up starting a company there.

[00:03:03] Carrie Lupoli: It's a really long story. It's probably a whole nother podcast episode, but I... Long story very short, I started the country's and the region's largest educational consulting firm, and I was like, "This is my purpose. I'm supposed to be helping schools and helping families to help their children become really successful in school."

[00:03:24] Carrie Lupoli: Like, it was around special needs and behavioral challenges and things like that. And then I moved away. Then I was like, "Well, what am I supposed to do with my life? What am I supposed to do with my life?" And I, I felt lost. And then I, I lived in a couple countries and then moved back to the US and had sold or handed off parts of my company from Asia, and I found like, "What is my purpose?

[00:03:45] Carrie Lupoli: I thought I knew my purpose," but I didn't, and I felt lost, and I was like, I, I was like... It was like I was looking for a pot of gold. So then I find this role as a national educational consultant, traveling all around the country, working with [00:04:00] schools and leaders on transformational change around behaviors, classroom management, all, all sorts of stuff.

[00:04:06] Carrie Lupoli: This, this was my purpose. I, I remember that first day I was with the team, and we were on a retreat in San Francisco, and I was like, "Oh, my gosh. I totally misunderstood. I thought those other things were my purpose. This is it. This is my purpose." Until one day in 2019 when my daughter, I write about this in the book, about how she was fetal position on the couch because of something that happened in middle school.

[00:04:31] Carrie Lupoli: And I left. I traveled two weeks a month at that time in my life all around the country working to do really good work. Except the really good work wasn't happening in my own household, and my daughter, who was going through a whole lot of stuff, was fetal position on the couch. And I remember getting my suitcase and walking out the door and talking to my mother-in-law, who was watching them while I was traveling, and it f- just felt like a [00:05:00] total void in my life.

[00:05:02] Carrie Lupoli: Like I'm doing the things I feel like was my purpose, and yet my home life was struggling. That's actually when I quit my job. I remember on that trip, I was in a Starbucks and I wrote my resignation letter. No idea what I was gonna do. And then that's when I decided I had already been working in nutrition.

[00:05:18] Carrie Lupoli: I'd already been doing things to support mostly women in blood sugar stabilization. I had been doing it actually for a couple of years, but more of like a side thing. Something I was like passionate about, but what, it wasn't paying the bills, and I decided to go all in on that. And it was many, many, many years ago, and I remember thinking, "Okay, this is my purpose.

[00:05:39] Carrie Lupoli: This is the thing I'm supposed to be doing." And it's so interesting 'cause I'm like, "Were all those things not my purpose?" And then you look back and oh, it all brought me to this, which is my purpose. And I know with all the conversations that I've had with women, when I say to them, "Listen, I want you to become the healthiest version of yourself so that you can serve your purpose," and women love that.

[00:05:59] Carrie Lupoli: We all love [00:06:00] that. It's like, "Oh my gosh, yes." It's a better reason than I need to lose 25 pounds so I could look good in jeans. Like, people know that there's a vanity measure around losing weight that doesn't feel real good. But to tell somebody that I am going to work on getting healthy because I wanna serve my purpose, that feels great.

[00:06:20] Carrie Lupoli: But the question that I got over and over again, that it was a, it was like a question that if I was working with a woman or texting her or having a conversation with her, it would seep silently almost, or sneakily I should say, into the conversation because it was almost like embarrassing to them to ask it.

[00:06:38] Carrie Lupoli: But the more and more I prompted it, the more I found that every single client we worked with had the same question. It was this: "Kerry, I know that you say it is so important for me to become the healthiest version of myself from the inside out so I can serve my purpose, one uniquely curated just for me, but how do I know my purpose?"

[00:06:59] Carrie Lupoli: And that [00:07:00] was the question that felt a little embarrassing to so many women. Because if you are operating and unable to feel like you can find your purpose, then it's almost like you're feeling like you're just living a life of searching, or you're living a life that's not really authentic because you have no idea what the heck you're doing.

[00:07:19] Carrie Lupoli: And so I started teaching this concept years ago after doing a lot of self-reflection. A lot of Bible studies and a lot of work on really understanding The Purpose Driven Life. And I say that purposely 'cause The Purpose Driven Life is a book that was written by Rick Warren, and I read that book when I became a new Christian back in 2007.

[00:07:44] Carrie Lupoli: And I read that book, and I was blown away because he g- he literally gave a spoiler alert about our purpose, and I write the spoiler alert here in my book. I'm gonna read you a little por- portion of that 'cause today you're gonna learn your purpose. It says [00:08:00] here, w- as we move into part three of the book, and it may, may feel weird that a nutritionist is writing about this, but if we don't have a deep, solid foundation of who we are, what we want, and why we want it, we're never gonna show up for ourselves to become the healthiest version of ourselves.

[00:08:18] Carrie Lupoli: And purpose-driven living is a very big part of that. I always say that nutrition was a doorway for me into the real needs that people have around what they think will be solved with weight loss but is actually revealed through the journey of self-discovery. So listen to this excerpt in the book.

[00:08:38] Carrie Lupoli: "Here's what most women don't realize. Purpose isn't a destination. It's not a pot of gold you have to hunt down or a single calling you're supposed to find and never let go. In case you aren't sure what your purpose is, let me tell you now. It's simple. It's unique. Your purpose is to serve others." That's it.

[00:08:58] Carrie Lupoli: "You're already living your [00:09:00] purpose right now in the ordinary moments, in the choices you make, in the love you give, in the healing you're doing. You don't need to try to find it. You're simply learning to recognize it." It was a huge realization for me that I was serving my purpose when I finally became a mom.

[00:09:16] Carrie Lupoli: I was serving my purpose when I was running my business in Singapore. I was serving my purpose when I was a national educational consultant. I was serving my purpose in every single scenario if I recognized it, and unfortunately, for so long I didn't. But the more I worked with women and the more I evolved in my own health and in my faith, I recognized a pattern.

[00:09:40] Carrie Lupoli: It's almost like a cycle that I have gone through many times, and I guarantee you have, too. So we're gonna talk about that today. It's called the purpose cycle. And this entire, I think, what is it? Like, three chapters of my book, an entire section, part three, is dedicated to the purpose cycle because you don't [00:10:00] find it, you live inside it.

[00:10:02] Carrie Lupoli: And this cycle is one that repeats over and over and over and over again. There's four parts to this cycle, and once you see this, you're not going to be able to unsee it. It's going to give you so much clarity, wisdom, understanding, peace, joy. It's just, it unlocks so many things when this became revealed to me, and then I started revealing it to my clients, and then we started testing it, and we started living the cycle, realizing the cycle, seeing the cycle, naming the parts of the cycle, and it changes everything.

[00:10:38] Carrie Lupoli: It's actually something I don't talk a ton about because there are so many other things people think that they wanna talk about. And now I, I love that we've actually reframed or rebranded this podcast, which we did this past summer, to From Corset to Crown, because the Diet Disruptors podcast, which is what it was for six years, felt like there was a lane I was supposed to stay in around nutrition and wellness.

[00:10:58] Carrie Lupoli: And I very [00:11:00] much believe that being healthy incorporates every single aspect of our life. But the choices we are making and why we are making them are coming from the corset or the crown, and we get very different results when we make choices from the corset versus the crown. And so now we get to open up to a whole new level of conversation around this because purpose-driven living is part of being healthy and straightening your crown.

[00:11:26] Carrie Lupoli: So if you don't know already, From Corset to Crown is already a best-selling book, and it's not even out in stores yet. But I want you to have your hands on this because this is going to be a toolbox for you, a reference book, and a daily source of inspiration. It's going to teach you not only the last nutritional advice you'll ever need, but it's going to teach you how in every single day life you can go from the corset to the crown.

[00:11:53] Carrie Lupoli: So if you pre-order today, you get all sorts of great things, including the e-book for [00:12:00] free before we actually send you the actual book in October. You're also gonna get a 10-episode private podcast that I recorded only for people who pre-ordered the book, where you are going to be able to get a behind-the-scenes story and perspective of all the things that went into getting to the point where I was ready to write the book.

[00:12:21] Carrie Lupoli: This is a book I needed 15 years ago, and it's one that I continuously reference. And so not only will you get the private podcast, but I got a secret little gift for you within that, as well as a discussion guide and a private community with me and other people reading the book. So go pre-order the book now.

[00:12:39] Carrie Lupoli: Share it with a friend as well. Start a book club, and get yourself moving from corset to crown. Okay, so I'm just gonna refer to different parts of the book here as I talk to you. So the very first part of this purpose cycle is your calling. The calling is where you are [00:13:00] right now. You might think of it as an assignment, and it, it's gonna look different for you at all different stages of your life.

[00:13:08] Carrie Lupoli: When I was becoming a mother, that was my calling. When I was starting my business in Singapore, that was my assignment, my calling. When I was a national educational consultant, that was my calling. And wherever you are right now, it is your calling. It is your assignment. It is where you are. We can't change that necessarily right now.

[00:13:27] Carrie Lupoli: It may feel like it is not the best place for you to be right now. It might feel somewhat even unhealthy, but it is where you are, and there is juice to come out of that fruit. So this calling of yours is where you are placed to serve. So remember, I gave you the spoiler alert already. Your purpose is to serve others.

[00:13:50] Carrie Lupoli: Now let me be real clear about this, because this is where the lie of the corset comes in. We believe that in order to serve others, we must abandon ourselves, that [00:14:00] it is about sacrifice, when in all reality it's about stewardship. There's a very big difference there, because when you are a steward, then you honor the life container that you have to be able to serve with.

[00:14:13] Carrie Lupoli: And you know if you abandon this life container, then you are no longer able to serve. But if you sacrifice yourself to serve others, then you are abandoning the only tool that you actually have to be able to serve others. Yourself, your body, your life container. It is not meant to be sacrificed. It's meant to be used as a tool of servitude.

[00:14:35] Carrie Lupoli: And so if you are right now in a season of life that doesn't feel positive, understand it is the calling, it is the assignment That you are in, and you can serve others with it. I always say whether you are a greeter at Walmart, homeless on the streets, or running a multi-million dollar, billion-dollar company, you can serve others.

[00:14:56] Carrie Lupoli: You just gotta see how. And that's when the second part of the purpose cycle [00:15:00] comes in. It is our gifts. Now, I have done a lot of different Bible studies. I've talked to so many people about spiritual gifts, gifts that God has given you to be born with, or that you were born with, and I, I love that. Some people have a spiritual gift of teaching, and I-- those count.

[00:15:16] Carrie Lupoli: But we also have gifts that are also skills that we've learned over the years. For example, as an online business owner, I have learned so many things over the last 10 to 12 years around technology and funnels and automations and marketing and all sorts of stuff. As somebody that runs a podcast, I have learned so much about the tools that you use in AV.

[00:15:42] Carrie Lupoli: These are all skills that I have acquired over the years that I would put into my little bucket of gifts I can offer to people. The experiences that we've had and the callings and the assignments that we've worked in, that we've lived in, each one develops a [00:16:00] set of tools, a set of skills, a set of experiences that you can use to serve others with.

[00:16:05] Carrie Lupoli: And so as you are in your calling, using your gifts to serve others, that's serving your purpose. But then something happens, and it happens to all of us. It's inevitable, and this is where we allow stress and chaos and often excuses to seep in. But at some point in the purpose cycle, the third part shows up.

[00:16:29] Carrie Lupoli: It is a disruptive event. Now, a disruptive event could look different for everybody. Some can be positive, but many are negative. I could name for you multiple disruptive events that have happened in my life that at the time I did not find to be very helpful. So for example, one, I went through more than five years of infertility.

[00:16:51] Carrie Lupoli: I so badly wanted to be a mom, and I had a really hard time doing that. I wanted to be pregnant. I wanted to feel what [00:17:00] it was. My mother used to talk about being pregnant. She had four kids and loved being pregnant. In fact, after my father had had a vasectomy, she was like, "I want another baby." She was 40 years old, and so my dad had to go get that thing reversed, and she had another baby.

[00:17:13] Carrie Lupoli: She's like, "I just love being pregnant." So I wanted to be pregnant. I wanted to know what that felt like, and we, it, it wasn't happening for us. And then we had a very traumatic IVF experience, and I won't go into details again. I really should do a whole podcast on my whole, like, becoming a mother thing.

[00:17:31] Carrie Lupoli: But it was in that moment, my doctor even said during this very disruptive event, he said after we had gone through a procedure that ended up yielding my oldest daughter, right after that procedure that was very disruptive and very traumatic, he said, "Carrie and Peter, there is a point when science ends and something else comes in, and today we witnessed something else coming in.

[00:17:54] Carrie Lupoli: I can't explain it, but wow, it was powerful." And that moment changed me in- incredibly. It [00:18:00] was a disruptive event. Remember when my daughter was fetal position on the couch? Thought I was serving my purpose. I was an educational consultant transforming schools all over the country. She had a traumatic event happen to her, fetal position on the couch.

[00:18:14] Carrie Lupoli: I walked out the door. That was a very disruptive event. Sometimes they can be small. Sometimes it could be like little drips of water in a cup where finally the cup is full and can't take one more drip before it overflows, and it is that drip That sets you over the edge. But me walking out the door that day while my daughter was fetal position on the couch was my another disruptive event.

[00:18:37] Carrie Lupoli: I want you to think back on your life and just be like, "Oh, wow. Yeah, there's been disruptive events." And we're gonna get back to that disruptive event concept in a second, but I wanna introduce you to the fourth part of the purpose cycle, reinvention, and that reinvention only occurs after a disruptive event forces you to look at life differently, to look at what's going on in a new way with a new perspective, [00:19:00] and it reinvents you.

[00:19:00] Carrie Lupoli: It brings you to a place that you hadn't considered before. Suddenly, life may have a little bit of a square peg, round hole kind of a thing going on. I know that when I had my disruptive event, one of them, the fetal position on the couch, I had to make a decision, and I had to make a change because what was going on wasn't working, and that's when I quit my job.

[00:19:21] Carrie Lupoli: It just... All of that was one large, big disruptive event. What was I going to do? How was I gonna help support our family? And then I became reinvented. I had space. I had a new perspective, and that's when I launched, truly, my private practice, Disruptive Nu- Nutrition, w- that has since helped tens of thousands of women transform their lives.

[00:19:42] Carrie Lupoli: And then that brought me into a new calling. So I want you to notice this. If the purpose cycle is a circle, and there's four parts to it, your calling, your gifts, your disruptive event, and then reinvention, after reinvention, you actually end up in a new assignment, a new [00:20:00] calling. Now, you may actually be in the same physical place you're in, but because you've been reinvented, you now have a new assignment to share with new gifts, in addition to the ones that you've already been through, that you've already experienced, to be able to serve deeper.

[00:20:15] Carrie Lupoli: Calling, gifts, the disruptive event that reinvents you, that then brings you to a new calling with more gifts. But what will happen? Another disruptive event will show up when it's ready, when it's time to evolve, to grow, to move, and you become reinvented again. And then the cycle starts all over. Your calling, your gifts, eventually another disruptive event that brings you into reinvention.

[00:20:41] Carrie Lupoli: Now, not all disruptive events are going to be bad. Think about it. If you had a child, that moment you had your very first child, that is a disruptive event. That changes you, that reinvents you, that brings you to a new calling. I'm sure so many people can relate, especially women, to h- [00:21:00] cr- if, if you biologically carried a child, growing a human in your body, in your life container, and then giving birth to it You do not leave the same, and now you have a new calling, motherhood, with new gifts that you are learning.

[00:21:16] Carrie Lupoli: And another disruptive event will occur. Sometimes it's amazing, and sometimes it's very traumatic and negative. But if you could look at the disruptive event, especially when it is not positive, especially when it's traumatic, and think about it a little bit like you're binge-watching a Netflix show, knowing that the end is good, great, empowering, but in the middle of it, it feels real, real hard.

[00:21:43] Carrie Lupoli: If you can actually look at this and see the purpose cycle and see when you're in a disruptive event that you will be reinvented, you have to go through that storm. We actually did a podcast recently with my head coach from my private practice, Deb Van Dusen, and she talked about butterfly soup [00:22:00] and how when a caterpillar goes into a butterfly and they transform into that new being, they reinvent, they actually go into their chrysalis, and they become soup.

[00:22:09] Carrie Lupoli: That can't be pleasant. The disruptive event is a little bit like butterfly soup. It's gonna test you. It's gonna challenge you. It's not gonna feel good, but the reinvention on the other side will get you to a deeper place for you to, what? Serve others. So some of us, let's say we have a death of a loved one that you can almost never fully come back from, but you will be reinvented, and you will use that experience for a new calling with new gifts that you got as a result of that disruptive event and that reinvention.

[00:22:41] Carrie Lupoli: And I want you to think about it in that if you can see this cycle in front of you, you can handle the disruptive event in a much healthier way. Knowing that I am in a storm right now, thinking about my life, my health like I'm sailing, and I am the captain of the ship, and right now the winds are [00:23:00] stormy, but I gotta keep this ship upright, so I gotta adjust the sails.

[00:23:04] Carrie Lupoli: I might not be able to show up for myself the way I was during favorable winds, but during this disruptive event, I see it for what it is, and I know I will come to the other side after the storm is over a better sailor, a stronger sailor, a more purpose-driven sailor. Every single time we go through the purpose cycle, we get deeper and deeper and deeper into our purpose, the purpose that we're already serving right now.

[00:23:29] Carrie Lupoli: So when I felt like "Oh, here I am. This is my purpose." And then all that changed. A disruptive event reinvented me into something else. I was right and I was wrong. I was serving my purpose, but it's not a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow that you just pick up and then that's it. It goes on and on and on.

[00:23:48] Carrie Lupoli: And when I think about becoming the healthiest version of myself, when I think about why I show up for myself at the gym, when I think about why I wanna live a long life, if my purpose is to serve others, then I want to go through that purpose cycle as [00:24:00] many times as possible. Because with each turn around the cycle, I become wiser, I become stronger, I become someone who can serve a deeper, more impactful purpose because I have gone through that purpose cycle.

[00:24:15] Carrie Lupoli: But the real tragedy to me is, like, you can't... Y- if you, you can't see it, if you can't recognize it, then life feels really hard. Life feels really confusing. It doesn't feel like you have clarity in who you are, what you want, and why you want it, because it feels like all the events going on in your life are chaotic, and that there's no rhyme or reason for it.

[00:24:37] Carrie Lupoli: Or that you're in this part of your life right now where it just feels like, "I just can't wait for the kids to get older. I just can't wait for when I make more money." And not living in the present of the calling you're in right now, using the gifts to be able to serve to the best that you can, knowing that something will happen.

[00:24:54] Carrie Lupoli: It could be good, it could be not good, that will disrupt all of that and reinvent you, and actually put you into a new [00:25:00] cycle with a new calling. with the gifts that you've picked up along the way. It's really exciting, actually. It can get you through the disruptive event like you're watching a Netflix show knowing the ending.

[00:25:10] Carrie Lupoli: Knowing the ending is, "I'm going to be reinvented, and life is going to be more impactful for me and the other people that I serve because I'm going through this disruptive event." And you can almost live through the negative with a completely different outlook. So it might seem weird at first glance that a nutritionist and a behavior specialist is talking about purpose in this way.

[00:25:35] Carrie Lupoli: But can you see that when you recognize the purpose cycle, when life starts to life and throw curve balls and show up in a way that makes it hard to stay on track, to stay showing up for yourself, to not emotionally binge eat, to not let stress take over, can you see how knowing the purpose cycle allows you a perspective of actually continuing to evolve in the healthiest [00:26:00] version of you because you see it for what it is?

[00:26:02] Carrie Lupoli: When you can relieve that pressure and the stress of not knowing what's happening and relate it to you living in one of those parts of the purpose cycle, everything starts to make sense. You live much more in alignment than you do in misalignment and chaos. This is what it means to serve from the crown versus believing the lies of the corset.

[00:26:25] Carrie Lupoli: The corset doesn't let you see the purpose cycle. It makes you believe that you have to just continue to push and self-sacrifice and get approval from others in order to be worthy. But the crown tells us we are worthy just because we are here on this earth, and we have a purpose to serve because we are on this earth.

[00:26:42] Carrie Lupoli: And for as long as we are on this earth, we have a purpose to serve. And if we don't see it within that 30,000-foot view of the purpose cycle, all the things that we're doing, we can get sucked into that are not actually healthy. So I hope that if you have my book, you actually read this section kind of over and [00:27:00] over again because It will get deeper and deeper each time you dig in.

[00:27:05] Carrie Lupoli: I know that The Purpose Cycle has allowed me the opportunity to see life in a whole new way, to see stress for what it is. Very often, the pressure that I put on myself from the outside world to look a certain way, to be a certain way, to act a certain way, to have a certain level of success. But when I can sit in The Purpose Cycle along an identity of self-worth, self-love, self-trust, and self-leadership, well, then life becomes a very different story for you.

[00:27:32] Carrie Lupoli: So I hope that all of this makes sense to you and gives you something to really think about. If you don't have my book yet, go and grab it wherever you get books, and you can even get your bonus resources right on my website at carilupoli.com. Go head on over to books and grab your resources that go along with this.

[00:27:49] Carrie Lupoli: I'd love to hear from you. Make sure you like and subscribe to my YouTube channel if you're watching this on YouTube, or leave a review if you're watching this wherever you get or listening to this wherever you get podcasts. [00:28:00] But the more that we can serve others with our message, with our calling, with our gifts, the more and more lives can be impacted.

[00:28:06] Carrie Lupoli: So I appreciate you for sharing this along with others. Make sure you comment. I wanna know how you are interpreting all of this. And no matter where you are, part of your purpose of serving others is not just straightening your own crown, but straightening theirs. So go ahead, straighten someone's crown today.

[00:28:23] Carrie Lupoli: Thanks.
